Ryan Taylor

Following his career as a performing artist, Ryan Taylor joins ADA Artist Management having served as General Director of the Berkshire Opera Company, Artistic Director of Singers Beyond Borders, Co‐founder of the Southeastern Festival of Song (SEFoS), and with the administration of the Wolf Trap Opera Company. His producing partners have included the Atlanta Ballet, Atlanta Boys’ Choir, Bar Harbor Music Festival, Barrington Stage Company, Bryan Symphony Orchestra, Charleston Symphony Orchestra, The Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute, Dallas Museum of Art, The Emily Dickinson Museum, Michael O’Neal Singers, The Phillips Collection, Shakespeare Dallas, Trinity Artist Series of New Orleans and Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. In the last six years, he has presented over thirty unique programs of recital, concert, oratorio, ballet, and opera. His collaborative performances have consistently garnered critical praise and public acclaim, and have gained him a national reputation for his unique approach to entertainment while honoring the classical traditions from which all current vocal forms are derived. As a guest lecturer and educator, he has worked closely with the faculty and students of Emory University, Southern Methodist University, University of Texas‐Dallas, Georgia State University, Fletcher Opera Institute at the North Carolina School of the Arts, University of Minnesota‐Duluth, Seagle Music Colony, TCU/Ft. Worth Opera Institute and Wright State University.

In the span of just over a decade as a baritone, Ryan amassed over thirty roles to his credit, performing with Fort Worth Opera, Dayton Opera, Opera Carolina, Atlanta Opera, Opera Santa Barbara, Wolf Trap Opera Company, San Francisco Opera Center, Seattle Opera, Minnesota Opera, and the Bayerische Drei-groschen Oper, among others. In concert, Mr. Taylor has appeared with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Anchorage Symphony Orchestra, Charleston Symphony Orchestra, New York Festival of Song, Napa Valley Philharmonic, National Symphony Orchestra, Reno Philharmonic and St. Paul Chamber Orchestra.
